You always have the option of returning your order within 14 days (your right to return your purchase). We will refund your payment within 10 days, after receipt and control of your shipment. Pay attention: when ordering a custom-made Ouroboros fur scarf your right to return your online purchase expires. Of course you have two years warranty on your fur scarf. .

We only use the best quality fur and every product is produced to the highest standards and carefully checked before shipment. Should you have a problem with your purchase within two years, you can always return your scarf to us and we will repair it for free. You can also visit us in our showroom in Kortenberg during opening hours.

Your right to return a purchase for online purchases expires when you order a custom-made scarf. The two-year warranty still applies.

You pay for the return shipping. If we delivered the wrong product, we will pay the shipping cost for returning the product.
Tip for free returns: You can also return your purchase free of charge in our showroom in Kortenberg. Please bring the invoice and the fur scarf in its original box to the showroom. You can exchange your item for another item or provide us with a bank account number for a refund.
- How do I return my purchase?
Pack your fur scarf in the gift box and the original shipping box and place the duly filled out form in the box. Seal the box and take it your post office. We will e-mail you a confirmation as soon as we have received your return.
- How will I be refunded if I return my shipment?
Your payment will be refunded using the same payment method you used to place your order.
